Dialysis transportation
Dialysis transportation you can set your schedule by
Standing rides to and from dialysis three times a week, by ambulatory car, wheelchair van, or stretcher. Same driver team where possible, and a return trip that's ready when treatment ends.
How does dialysis transportation work?
Dialysis transportation is a recurring, non-emergency ride to and from a dialysis center, usually three times a week on a fixed schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). You book it once as a standing order, and the ride repeats until you change it.
Missing a treatment is dangerous, so the ride matters as much as the chair time. At Naeli, dispatch confirms each pickup, plans the trip so the rider arrives in time for check-in, and keeps a return ride ready for when treatment ends. Many riders feel weak or lightheaded after dialysis, so the driver walks them to the van and into their home. Riders who walk travel by car; riders in a wheelchair go by lift van; riders who can't sit up travel by stretcher. If your chair time changes, call dispatch and we'll move the standing order.
